What you'll be doing: Keeping the production plan on track and making sure everything runs like clockwork. Managing resources to achieve production goals. Keeping production standards high Supporting your team through daily meetings, helping them solve problems and keeping them motivated. Making sure quality is top-notch at every step of the production process Keeping the workplace organised, safe, and clean - think 5S standards Staying on top of key metrics like OEE, productivity, and safety. Spotting training needs, keeping the team skilled up, and thinking ahead about who could be ready for their next career step. Making sure everyone's supported with regular 1-1s and handling any team needs. We're looking for someone who can handle the details, look after the team, and jump into special projects when needed.
