Site Supervisor, Aberdeen, Salary £48,000 to £50,000 per annum + Unlimited Overtime, 30 Days Holiday, Company Pension, Life Assurance & More!
Site Supervisor required to join an on-site engineering team working for an established facilities management company based in Aberdeen s city centre. The Site Supervisor will have previous experience working as a supervisor with an electrical background and hold their 18th edition.
Site Supervisor will receive:

Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise and audit the site engineers work, generating reports using the company s CAFM system.
- Assist the Contract Manager when necessary.
- Efficiently manage and conduct daily meetings and plantroom checks.
- Arrange and delegate static engineers daily tasks.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, including testing and periodic checks on systems.
- Address electrical issues in lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- 18th Edition Qualification.
- City & Guilds/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations 2382 (BS 7671).
- Previous experience within the facilities management sector.
- Low Voltage (APLV) & High Voltage (APHV1) would be desirable.
