Chef de Partie

The Drapers Arms in Islington are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie. We are a busy gastro pub in a residential area of Islington. Our menu changes every two weeks and we always use fresh , seasonal produce. Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment Candidate should have a good knowledge of health and safety procedures Have a good range of skills and knowledge about classic cooking.
