Role - Account Manager Location - Hybrid (Mainly WFH) Salary - Competitive Base Salary + Attractive Comms Structure + Career Development Contract Type - Permanent CCS Media are looking for an Account Manager whereby you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, relationship-building, and presenting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of potential clients. You'll be at the forefront on all strategic engagements, understand the customer's requirements and providing a consultative approach in reaching their technology goals. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients. Conduct product presentations and articulate the value proposition of CCS Media's solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently driving new business opportunities. Work collaboratively with the existing Accounts team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Leverage market intelligence to position CCS Media as a leader in the IT solutions space. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business development. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Knowledge of IT solutions and technology trends is a plus. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
