HIL Test Engineer

Our client, a luxury OEM are looking for a HIL Test Engineer - Powertrain to join their team. You will be working alongside some of the best Engineers and reporting in to some of the most experienced Chief Engineers in the industry. *Please note - This position does not provide Visa sponsorship* ------ Responsibilities: • Develop test specifications and implement test cases using appropriate test platforms, such as HIL rigs or vehicles. • Implement control logic in Simulink models to support advanced testing procedures. • Create automated tests utilizing HIL rigs or vehicles. • Identify and raise requirements for new test assets as necessary. • Execute test cases on the relevant test platforms, including HIL rigs and vehicles. • Design automated tests for use with HIL rigs or vehicles. Your Qualifications: • Expertise in engineering, development, and testing of automotive powertrain systems and components. • Experience with Vector Canoe/Canalyzer tools for analyzing CAN/LIN. • Proficiency in powertrain system product integration processes. • Understanding of automotive OEM specifications and industry standards.
