Junior Portfolio Manager - Award-Winning UK Challenger Bank

Buckden Partners are currently recruiting for a Junior portfolio Manager to join our client, an award-winning UK challenger bank within their Development Finance team. Duties and responsibilities Facility documentation; Liaison with clients Liaison with professionals including legal, valuation and construction monitoring Completion of due diligence on new facilities, including FCI and connected exposure checks along with reviewing Valuation reports, PMS reports and Reports on Titles Handling monthly development drawdowns requests Assist with ad hoc audit and administration tasks, including processing of invoices, interest and redemption statements Arranging security releases General administrative tasks

What you’ll bring to the team Skills Educated to a degree level (ideally within Real Estate, Finance, Business or similar) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines Willingness to learn and progress Outstanding attention to detail
