They have an enviable client base who continue to stay active within this incredibly challenging market, it’s now time to strike before the market fully turns and hire an ambitious Investment specialist.
The Role:
Retail Investment Agent – We are looking for an experienced retail investment specialist with a track record of executing deals across the UK with a focus on shopping centres, retail parks and high street retail. This role will sit on the leadership team and will be influential on securing new business, driving fee generation and supporting clients with value add initiatives. The successful candidate will need to proactively and independently use their network to develop new clients and instructions while supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key fugue within the market taking a lead on investment instructions coving the major cities across the UK.
- Report writing & due diligence for purchase and sale of retail assets
- Attend regular client meetings & property viewings
- Supporting the wider team, training graduates and APC surveyors.
- Contributing to fee earnings, business development and client engagement
- Personal: Numeric, personable, a team player and self-driven to succeed
