Registered Care Home Manager Peterborough £70k I am recruiting a Registered Care Home Manager for a luxury new build care home Peterborough. This is an amazing home with brilliant amenities. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for making sure all residents receive the best person centred care while understanding their needs and learning their interests. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will manage your staff and continuously provide them with information, guidance and on going support. You will work alongside your area manager to ensure that the CQC compliance criteria is met by having a good relationship with other health care professionals you will be working with. To succeed in this role as a Registered Care Home Manager you will: • Have at least 3 years experience as a CQC Registered Care Home Manager • Have experience and knowledge of working in dementia care • Have experience managing a care team • Strong CQC knowledge • Excellent communication skills • Have a track record delivering high quality care within a residential setting and financial management planning If you feel like you are suitable for this role, then I would love to hear from you!
