Assistant SIte Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their major residential scheme based in West London. The scheme comprises of 300 RC frame apartment units plus. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a block of 40 apartments, overseeing units from 1st fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety on site. The ideal candidate must have new build residential experience and able to work in a fast pace environment. Also, a degree background in Construction Management/Civil Engineering would be desirable. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate and this is offered on a temp to perm basis here. Please could you apply to be considered for this excellent opportunity here
