Restaurant seating for 80 guests
Event spaces for up to 200 guests

Key Responsibilities of Food and Beverage Manager:
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Be the face of the Food & Beverage department, leading from the front and engaging with guests to ensure exceptional service.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards in every area.
Financial acumen: Manage GP, wage costs, and budgets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and refine offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Actively manage and drive team performance, with a focus on training and development.
Commercial acumen: Use your expertise to adapt and evolve the operation to meet and exceed guest expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in leading Food & Beverage operations in a high-end, busy environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
A natural host with a passion for service, excellent attention to detail, and great interpersonal skills.
Experience with financial management, including controlling GP, managing wage costs, and handling budgets.
Hands-on and proactive, with a "lead by example" management style.
