We can offer a Hybrid working policy with an office base in Greater Manchester. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with teams to improve IT services and support.Develop and maintain IT policies to support growth and efficiency.Deliver IT projects within scope, on time, and within budget.Manage security and compliance across the business.Lead modernisation and service improvement initiatives.Partner with leaders to advance internal systems and bespoke solutions.Lead and inspire the internal IT team.Skills and Experience:Proven ability to maintain IT as a credible, commercially focused business partner.Strong project management skills with a history of delivering improvements.Expertise in risk management, security, and compliance.Flexible and adaptable with diverse solution delivery experience.Strong communication and leadership skills to develop the IT team.Experience managing third-party relationships.In-depth technical knowledge of infrastructure and bespoke solutions.Microsoft 365, Azure.
