We are currently working with a rapidly expanding Financial services firm that offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in their HR team. This role focuses heavily on employee relations, giving you the chance to make a significant impact while supporting business growth and transformation. As the organisation continues to evolve, you’ll collaborate with senior HR leaders to influence change, contribute to projects, and support the business in delivering their overall strategic objectives. Provide proactive and commercially focused HR advice to key stakeholders, particularly around employee relations issues. Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management, escalating as necessary. Participate in key HR projects, including policy and process reviews, whistleblowing, and regulatory compliance. Work closely with Resourcing to support recruitment needs and with Learning & Development to ensure effective training solutions are in place. Assist the Reward team with operational reward activities, including annual pay reviews. Compile and analyze HR management information, providing insights to the leadership team. Support wider HR initiatives, offering guidance and expertise on employee relations issues. Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations management. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in HR systems.
