Energy Assessor Ref:BM400 This is a great opportunity to join a multidisciplined environmental consultancy who provide expert compliance services to the commercial and residential industries. They are on the lookout for an experienced Energy Assessor to join their sustainability team in their Bedford offices. Role responsibilities for an Energy Assessor include: Produce Part L SAP assessments and calculations for client's construction projects to ensure compliance is achieved Produce general energy and sustainability reports for clients within a timely manner Provide clients highly technical sustainable solutions to reduce their projects carbon footprint and minimise their environmental impactThe ideal Energy Assessor will have: An OCDEA Accreditation A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role within the construction industry Working experience delivering SAP Assessments and Energy statements for construction projects Experience with SketchUp software would be beneficial Excellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits of the role include: Competitive salary scaling up to £45,000 Hybrid working Flexible working Pension scheme Generous holiday allowanceIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
