Maintenance Contract Manager (Office/Site-Based)

Red Sky Personnel is recruiting for a Maintenance Contract Manager on behalf of our valued client, a leading building services company in Surrey. With a strong reputation for delivering high-end mechanical, electrical, and public health design, installation, and maintenance services across various sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of office-based contract managers and engineers.
  • Oversee the maintenance department, ensuring adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality standards, as well as project management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance for all essential and critical services on-site.
  • Manage and uphold the company's quality procedures, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and audit ready.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly client meetings to maintain strong relationships and address any issues.
  • Prepare and submit work quotations for clients.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in monthly account manager meetings, reviewing performance and progress.
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met in collaboration with contract managers.
  • Organise and manage the ordering of materials for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and asset management software.
  • Apply excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills to address challenges and drive results.
  • Communicate effectively and foster a strong team environment.
