Electrical Supervisor Oxford £50,000 plus vehicle & benefits package Your new company * A globally recognised facilities management and technical services provider Your new role: * You will be overseeing a team of 6 engineers. * This is a static position covering a critical site in Oxford. * This is a 50/50 split managing and on the tools. * Develop and implement PPM timelines, ensuring PPMS or reactive works, or minor works are delivered on time and within budget. * Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth. * Regularly assess client needs and collaborate with the engineering team to propose solutions that align with client goals. What you'll need to succeed * We are keen to speak to supervisors with electrical qualifications and backgrounds. * You will need to hold 2391 and 18th edition. * Experience in a critical or pharametic site What you'll get in return * 25 days holidays + bank holidays * Leading industry training.
