Airtable Data Specialist – Join Our Team!As an Airtable Data Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the Transformation & Compliance Manager by driving the digital transformation of processes at Tracoin Services Ltd. You’ll design, build, and maintain digital databases that enhance data management and optimize workflows across Tracoin and its sister companies. In addition to developing reports for internal stakeholders, you’ll provide guidance and training on various tools, while documenting processes to create comprehensive training manuals for both new and existing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Airtable Workspaces, Bases, and Interfaces to streamline workflows across multiple companies.Transform data from various sources (Excel, databases) into Airtable to enhance efficiency.Create automation scripts and workflows to simplify complex processes.Provide technical support and training on Airtable to team members across departments.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring systems run smoothly.Document processes and develop training manuals to support continuous learning.About You3+ years of experience as an Airtable Developer, with Airtable Certification.Proficient in JavaScript/Python for Airtable automation, with experience integrating Airtable with other platforms.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management and no-code/low-code platforms.Familiar with industry Best Practices for database design, implementation, and management.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven – you thrive in fast-paced environments!A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with project management and database best practices experience.Who We AreWe are driven by service through PASSION, PEOPLE & PURPOSE.
