Our client is a global law firm who are looking to add to their ER Team with an Employee Relations Advisor. This is a permanent role paying up to £60,000 with a hybrid working environment based in London. Main Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact for queries on people policies. Providing initial employee relations advice, and meaningfully assisting with more complex cases. Assisting as the first point of contact for the wider HR function while supporting the Employee Relations & Policy team. Experience & Attributes: The ability to advise HR Managers as you take them through ER issues. A collaborative approach to delivering when working within the direct team and with the wider stakeholders. A good working knowledge of legislation and best practice, and experience using HR systems. Strong attention to detail, in drafting ER documentation, notetaking and maintaining effective and accurate filing systems. The ability to administer and manage an up to date and accessible knowledge bank, including precedents, case studies, team emails. We look forward to reviewing your application.
