Job Overview: A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their Belfast team. The role involves managing a variety of building surveying projects across Northern Ireland and beyond, ensuring safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. Perform air monitoring and 4-stage clearance testing. determine the condition of existing buildings by looking for defects. advise on environmental, health and safety issues of buildings. provide advice in relation to legal and planning issues. deal with planning and building regulations applications, and. Compile detailed asbestos reports using specialised software. Qualifications: P402 and/or P403/P404 asbestos qualifications. Experience in asbestos surveying or analysis. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TEAMS software. Valid UK driving licence. Benefits: Competitive salary with overtime pay.
