Administration Manager/Operations Support (Fire & Security) Role and Responsibilities: * Responsible for planning, improving, and executing administrative workflows, ensuring smooth business operations by overseeing all administrative functions. * Oversee a team handling all administrative functions for the business (such as engineer bookings, quotations, and invoices), assign responsibilities, and ensure tasks are completed. * Assess staff performance, offer guidance, and make process improvements to boost efficiency. This role involves regular coordination and communication with other departments and senior staff members. * Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, customer service, manufacturing, sales and customers regarding support of their activities. * Financial budget and control responsibilities. * When needed, also take on administrative duties to meet company deadlines and goals.
