While experience is preferred we are open to candidates who have raw talent and are looking to make a move into the Marketing field. Essential Qualities – · Excellent Writing ability · Good communications skills · Excellent Telephone Manner · Organisational skills · A decent knowledge of or interest in computers and the internet · Reliability · Hard working and ability to work on tasks independently Preferred Experience – · Experience working in an office · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite · Photography experience would be a plus · Videography experience would be a plus · No Degree Required · Full Training Provided As we work with security and government departments, you would need to be able to pass an Enhanced DBS Check. Who we are: Since 1999, Interconnective Security Products have been at the forefront of security equipment in the UK. Our clients include the largest security countries in the world as well as individual security professionals, the police, local government, universities, prisons, airports and more. Our products include patrol systems, stab vests, body cameras, knife arches, search mirror, torches and a wide range of other security equipment. Less December last year, we moved our business to Amesbury from near London for the purposes of growth. In less than 12 months, we have doubled our number of staff and are looking to expand even further by the end of the year. The Role: The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of projects with a direct reporting line to the Managing Director. The candidate will be given a lot of exposure to different aspects of our business and will work with all other departments including Technical and Operations if order to carry out the below functions. They will receive full training on a wide variety of systems platforms. The core functions of the role are as follows: Ecommerce Marketing – · Writing Product Listings for New Products · Using SEO principles in order to write listings · Taking photos of products for listings · Using BITMAP Editing Software to edit photos · Updating website product listings using Wordpress · Keyword Research for SEO Purposes Social Media Marketing – · Write and Publish articles through social media channels such as LinkedIn & X · Film videos of our products for use on platforms incl TikTok & Youtube · Work with MD to create posting schedule and plan · Contact customers where necessary to get permission to include them in posts · Test and Measure Social Media performance with an aim to improve results Marketing Materials - · Assist in the development of new websites and upgrading existing ones · Assist in the creation of brochures, posts, adverts and other marketing materials · Assist in the development of materials for shows and exhibitions such as banners & posters · Help film product demos, tests and other video format material · Take photos of products and scenes where needed. Direct Marketing – · Assist in the implementation of our new CRM system · Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns News Content Creation – We run a security news website, Infologue.com which requires so basic activities: · Publish stories about security companies when they come in · Contact companies about publishing for free on our site. · Create publication schedule for editorials and news.
