As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our award-winning care homes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.Collaborate with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.Manage budgets and financial controls to ensure the efficient use of resources.Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.Requirements:Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.Experience of working in the healthcare sector, with a focus on elderly care.Management and leadership experience, with a qualification in a relevant field (desirable).NMC registration with an active PIN.A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide a personal approach to care.Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.Ability to work well under pressure, without compromising the care of our residents.What We Offer:A competitive salary and pension contribution of 5%.Recognition schemes and rewarding referral schemes.Uniform provided and DBS check costs paid.28 days annual leave (based on full-time hours, including Bank Holidays).Flexible working patterns and annual NMC fees paid.Fully funded training and development, with support for personal development plans.
