As our EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment that inspires curiosity and joy in learning for our youngest students. You’ll be responsible for creating a rich, stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of young learners, working closely with a supportive teaching team to implement a creative curriculum. You’ll monitor and track each pupil’s progress, providing personalized learning plans where necessary, and cultivate a safe, nurturing classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged. Additionally, you’ll develop strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support each child’s learning journey. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience in teaching Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a strong desire to begin your EYFS teaching journey. • A passion for working with young children and fostering their development. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A commitment to inclusivity and creating a supportive learning environment for all.
