About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be working with a lively and curious group of Year 1 or Year 2 students, helping to shape their early educational journey with engaging lessons and a supportive classroom environment. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 or relevant experience in primary education. • Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and creative approaches to teaching. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Passion for education and a commitment to nurturing each child’s potential. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver exciting, creative lessons that engage and challenge students in KS1. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents. • Support the social and emotional development of children, helping to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment. • Work collaboratively with other teachers, TAs, and staff to develop the curriculum and contribute to whole-school initiatives. • Ensure the classroom is well-organised, with a range of resources that cater to different learning needs and styles.
