Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Assist in managing inventory, merchandising, and visual displays. Foster a positive and engaging store environment that reflects our brand values. Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving store performance. Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate: Previous experience in outdoor retail or a strong passion for outdoor activities. Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
