I am currently recruiting for Aster Group, who are in the market for a Commercial Estate Manager, initially for 6 Months paying £46,742.00
We are looking for an experienced Estate & Facilities Manager to join the team for an 18 month fixed term contract. Candidates will ideally based in either Somerset or Wiltshire as the role will predominately cover these areas, however there will be responsibility for some workspaces in Hampshire and London, so candidates will be happy to travel.
A number of projects will take place over the next 18 months and they will be instrumental in ensuring they go well, that budgets are adhered to and that timescales are met.
Candidates will come to the role with leadership experience as there will be three direct reports, all are experienced team members who will support to get the job done.
The role will see candidates supporting the delivery of the workspaces roadmap across the regions, including acquisitions, disposals and refurbishments. Our aim is to provide workspaces that are safe, supportive and inclusive.
Through effective management ensure that Aster Group provides a safety first culture and delivers an affordable, profitable, efficient, and customer-orientated commercial estate and facilities management service across all workplaces.
As one of three Estate Managers, you will be responsible for a portfolio of workplaces, the estate & facilities management service and health & safety compliance within our spaces and the workspace experience for all colleagues, customers, and visitors within your area of responsibility. The workplaces are a mixture of hub & spoke offices, operational yards, and scheme hub offices.

You will be responsible for both the hard and soft service contracts, with the support of your team.
