Electrical Design Engineer - Solar Rooftop Renewable Energy Industry Design Team Essex - Work from home / Site visits to Basildon Salary: £35-50 per hour (DOE) - 6 month contract RECenergy are looking for a Design Engineer to join a successful and growing Solar Installation Company based in Essex on a 6-month contract. CAD Designer - Solar Rooftop Design Engineer - home based - Essex The Specialist Solar installation company is growing and therefore has a requirement for additional talent to drive high service levels to our customers and ensure accelerated growth continues. The Solar Rooftop Design Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end process of producing drawings for approval, interpreting and executing customer feedback requiring amendments and version control. The final approved drawings form part of the job file which is used to manage the project and maintain records. You will be responsible for: Ensuring that all work activity is conducted in a safe manner and the highest standards of compliance are observed. Producing drawings in CAD / PV related software Liaise with the customer and technical sales specialist to execute any required amendments to progress the drawings to approved status. Ensuring accurate version control and records are maintained. Providing additional drawings on request to support their provision of service to customers.
