Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate - Up to £90,000 salaryThe Role­The firm’s dispute resolution team handles a full range of litigation matters, often large-scale, complex disputes. Typically these include; contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches and financial mis-selling, fraud and asset tracing, shareholder claims and derivative actions, and increasingly contentious probate mattersThe team regularly handles a range of value disputes with matters being issued in Supreme Court, as well as the County Courts.The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firm’s clients who range from high net worth individuals to PLC and international clients.
