Operations Coordinator

Another great role is now live and this time we are looking for a customer focused Operations Coordinator who has the ability to coordinate movement across various teams of our client's business. Someone who is super organised, a lover of lists, a spreadsheet event and a 'doer; that's who would be a perfect fit for this busy role. Our client are booming, they are a well-established design and manufacturing firm in Salisbury, known for delivering high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering tailored glazing solutions. * Effectively sell and negotiate customer orders, meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Coordinate sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from initial consultation to order completion. * Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of various project works Skills & Experience Required: * Strong organsational and communication skills. * Pro active with a passion for delivering results for others * Ability to manage multiple customer orders and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
