Chef De Partie to join our Wimbledon Golf Club! Location: Golf Club in the Heart of Wimbledon!! Salary: £30,000 Shift patterns: 08.00 - 16.00/ 5 days out of 7/ rota base/ full time- 40 hrs- plus additional evenings on occasion of special events & weddings Are you passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences? Truly a wonderful place!!!! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality dishes across all sections. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver menus to the highest standard. Ensure kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role -either contract catering/ a high-end restaurant or club setting. Passion for cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of modern culinary techniques. Ability to work without close supervision Good communication and customer service skills and Enthusiasm to develop and grow your own skills What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.
