As the Commercial Recycling Manager for our Southern Region, you'll be right at the heart of our recycling operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring we have a steady supply of reclaimed asphalt (RAP), working closely with various teams to make sure we're always one step ahead in the market. Youll work to secure the reclaimed asphalt we need, building and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure we get the best value. Youll monitor market trends and work closely with different teams to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes. Youll collaborate with procurement, commercial, and technical teams to identify ways to improve how we operate, helping us become more efficient and competitive. Youll ensure that everything we do follows industry standards, from sourcing materials to working with contractors, keeping us compliant with all regulations Youll help shape the long-term strategy for our RAP sourcing by contributing insights on market conditions, risks, and future opportunities. Who you are Youre someone who naturally spots opportunities to deliver cost-effective solutions and drive profitability. Whether it's negotiating with suppliers or finding efficiencies, youve always got your eye on the bottom line. You excel at building strong relationships, whether with suppliers, internal teams, or external stakeholders. You understand the value of trust and clear communication in securing the best outcomes for everyone involved. You stay on top of market trends and conditions, using your knowledge to anticipate changes and adjust strategies. Youll bring this insight into our business, helping us navigate the evolving landscape of asphalt recycling. You may have experience in logistics, procurement, or even the asphalt or quarrying industry. If so, youre already familiar with the challenges and opportunities in this field, and youll use that knowledge to help streamline our processes. Youre not afraid to think outside the box.
