Key Responsibilities: * Lead the integration and implementation of financial systems and reporting processes following the merger. * Develop and implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning frameworks to support growth initiatives. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements during and post transition. * Manage cash flow and optimize financial resources to support strategic objectives. * Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making. * Develop the finance department to optimise the business moving forward * Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets during and post integration process. * Experienced in compiling detailed financial reports, direct and indirect cash flow, P&L and balance sheet Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACA or CMA preferred. * Proven experience in financial integration following mergers or acquisitions desirable * Strong knowledge of financial regulations. * Proficiency in financial software and systems set up. * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, FMCG environment. * As this is a growing and develop What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Unique opportunity to shape the finance function during a pivotal growth phase and beyond * Significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * A supportive and innovative work environment
