As the Senior/Lead Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of our client’s responsibilities as Lead Consultant. From managing timelines and budgets to overseeing quality standards, your leadership will be crucial to the project's success.
This role is ideal and calls for a seasoned Design Manager with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale projects, particularly in a Lead Consultancy capacity.
Your key responsibilities...
- Provide visionary leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from inception up to delivery.
- Align project goals with the client’s expectations, values and objectives, maintaining a strong focus on design excellence.
- Spearhead the commercial setup of the project, including fee generation, resource allocation, and scope negotiation.
- Coordinate with international teams and manage communications with global stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and regional requirements, with previous experience having done this in the Middle East.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and all project stakeholders, ensuring that every aspect of the project is delivered to the highest standard.

- Value Alignment: Demonstrated ability to align with the client's values (and culture).
- Lead Consultancy Experience: Extensive experience in a Lead Consultancy role is essential.
- International Experience: A proven track record of managing large-scale, complex international projects.
- Regional Expertise: Experience in Middle Eastern markets is a must for this role.
- Design/Project Management Experience: At least 6-8 years as a Design/Project Manager, with a minimum of 12-15 years in the industry.

- Commercial Project Setup: Experience in extracting and generating fees in a timely fashion, resource planning, and scope negotiation and managing scope creep.
