What you'll be doing: The CRM Developer is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day performance of D365 meets the needs of the business and to be the go-to person for introducing new functionality to the tool. In addition, the CRM Developer will need to work closely with People’s Partnership IT colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure that the various back-end integrations to other business systems work as designed. The CRM Developer will also be responsible for horizon-scanning to anticipate challenges and opportunities relating to D365. * Contribute to the team’s performance against agreed objectives and performance indicators * Development and support of custom Dynamics CRM solutions using D365 * Take a leading role in the continued development of D365 Module components, Case Management, Product Areas, Business Process Flows, Power Automate, Custom plug-ins and Workflow activities * Building new, and troubleshooting existing plug-ins, extensions, solutions, business logic and other custom development as required What we’re looking for: * A background in Microsoft CRM development and customisation preferably on Dynamics 365 * The ability to configure and utilise in-built functionality on the system, as well as develop custom code * Extensive knowledge of the D365 product suite * Expert in CRM integrations – specific experience with Scribe & Click Dimensions would be advantageous * Web technologies – Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS and HTML, VSTS What you can expect from us: * Generous pension contributions with an employer contribution of up to 14% * Real living wage * Income protection, critical illness cover & death in service insurance * Employee healthcare * Parental and adoption leave * Learning & development opportunities and study support * Travel season ticket loans * Subsidised restaurant in our Crawley office * Volunteering days and charity payroll giving * Onsite gym * Ride-to-Work scheme * Social clubs and events You can learn more about how we support our employees on our website Disability Statement People's Partnership is an equal opportunities employer.
