Contract Services Manager Location: Warwick / Camberley (HYBRID / Agile working) Job type: Full time, Permanent Ref: 931 Telent are now looking for a Contract Services Manager to join the Network Services Contracts team. This is an Agile / Hybrid working role that will see you work out of the Warwick / Camberley office from time to time, working from home and visiting customers when required (split to be agreed locally). The Contract Service Manager will have ultimate accountability for all assigned contracts and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget through constructive engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The Contract Services Manager will build and maintain key customer relationships, gaining in-depth knowledge of their environments and current / future challenges to promote an open and collaborative approach and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction is achieved. The Contract Services Manager will also develop close working relationships with the Sales and Bid Managers / teams, drawing on their industry, customer, and product knowledge to maximise the potential to bring in new sales through various work streams and contract tenders. The CSM must have excellent financial, commercial, and business acumen and be able to effectively articulate all areas of the contract deliverables and performance at board level reviews and meetings. Contract Services Manager - What you'll do: Ensure the successful delivery of assigned contracts Accountable for all the contract finances to ensure the contract is delivered within budget including: Identifying opportunities and additional revenue from customers, either through contract variations or new orders, and delivering these opportunities, working with colleagues including sales as appropriate Completing invoicing ensuring all charges are captured Maintain accurate contract budgets and forecasts Produce monthly finance reports and present up to board level Obtain a deep understanding of your contract cost, carrying out regular reviews of contract expenditures, identifying trends and areas of efficiencies Accountable for the contract performance and ensuring all contractual SLA's and KPI's are met, working closely with the service delivery managers to identify root cause of failure and corrective actions in line with CSI Ensure all QEHS and Security policies are adhered to across your assigned contracts Managing commercial risks and liabilities by working with the commercial and legal teams as appropriate Assisting the BID team working on new BIDs as requested Act as a 24x7 point of escalation for any Major Incidents and commercial issues, ensuring they are seen through to conclusion Overseeing continual service improvement initiatives and delivering in the most cost-effective way, working with the Service Improvement Manager and other relevant stakeholders Overseeing the management of contract changes and new mobilisations and ensuring any agreed changes to the contract scope are covered by a CCN Attend regular internal / external stakeholder reviews as appropriate and where applicable present: Financial reports SLA Reports Problem Management Reports Contract risk register Actions register Analysis of complex data to identify key trends and efficiencies to ascertain best working practice and drive process change Produce and maintain business documentation using the document control system Contract Services Manager - Key requirements: Experience of running / delivering up to £500,000 service contracts / projects Creating and interpreting reports Adaptable user of Business tools including Oracle and Remedy ITSM Tendering and Bidding experience Excellent verbal and written Communications skills Customer facing with good Presentation skills QEHS / Contract Document writing skills ITIL Foundation IOSH (preferred but not essential) SC & NVPP3 Security clearance (or eligibility to gain) Prince 2 (preferred but not essential) Managing Health & Safety Tendering and Bidding Experience Telent - What we offer: A career at Telent can span sectors, roles, technologies, and customers giving you the opportunity to develop, learn new skills and make an impact.
