The ability to make a significant difference in other people’s life.  Client and Role: Our client has a brand-new opportunity working in a children’s residential care home Overseeing day to day duties across 2 residential homes The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met. Leading and inspiring a staff team and take responsibility of their training, development, supervisions, and rotas. Being a positive role model to the children and young people. Delivering the Children’s Standards in the home.  Successful Applicant: Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting. Full UK driving license is required.
