Job Title: Service/Maintenance AV Engineer Location: Barnes, London Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Description: A skilled and proactive Service/Maintenance AV Engineer is sought to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on audio-visual systems across residential properties. This role is vital in ensuring that all AV equipment operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality for residents. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of audio-visual systems and equipment. Diagnose and repair faults in audio, video, and control systems. Carry out emergency repairs and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Collaborate with contractors and external service providers as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in the installation of new AV equipment and systems as required. Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their AV concerns effectively. Support the management team in identifying areas for improvement in AV maintenance practices. Requirements: Relevant qualifications in audio-visual technology, electronics, or a related field. Proven experience in a service or maintenance AV engineering role. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
