I am working with an Independent Scottish Accountancy Firm on the appointment of Corporate Finance Manager. The Opportunity

In response to expanding market opportunities, the Corporate Finance team is growing and actively seeks a motivated individual to fill the role of Manager. This position offers flexibility in location and a national scope.

Specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions lead advisory, due diligence, and fundraising support, the team serves a diverse range of clients, including early-stage high-growth businesses, large corporations, financial institutions, private equity investors, and government entities.

Responsibilities of Corporate Finance Manager

Delivering top-tier advice and reports to clients, assisting the Partner. Supervising and mentoring junior team members. Compiling financial due diligence reports for review by the Partner. Actively participating in managing buy and sell-side transactions. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis. Cultivating new business opportunities through networking initiatives.

Requirements for Corporate Finance Manager

Hold full qualifications (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) or be in progress with relevant practical experience. Alternatively, possess another pertinent professional qualification or experience in related fields like banking or private equity. Have direct experience in lead advisory or transaction services, or show a strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in the role. Display exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. Maintain an established network of contacts and actively engage in networking and business development initiatives. Demonstrate strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to ongoing learning and professional development (CPD). Exhibit flexibility in approach to work and demonstrate readiness to take ownership of tasks. Work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
