Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Regional main contractor
• Specialise in Residential refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Project are long term Property Services framework schemes, maintenance and refurbishment projects
• The company have been awarded new projects from a key client and require an ambitious Quantity Surveyor

Role

• You will be delivering private and local authority projects
• Internal and external planned maintenance, refurbishment schemes
• You will have full Commercial responsibility for all projects within the region.
• Working closely with the Operational teams.
• Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project.
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to in line with company policy.

Person specification

• Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.
• Must have property services refurbishment and maintenance experience
• Experience with a reputable contractor.
• Knowledge of local authority and housing association clients
• Good with relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
