Are you an experienced Transport Supervisor looking for an exciting challenge? If so, we are supporting a leading organisation in finding their next supervisor to lead a busy pallet network traffic team. This is a newly created role designed for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on the business!

Paying an attractive salary of 30,000 this role offers progression and development.

Reporting to the Transport Manager your duties will include:

• Lead and manage a team of drivers and staff, with a focus on driving improvement in key areas.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.
• Oversee daily operations within the pallet network, maintaining high standards of efficiency and service.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

About You:

• Proven experience in managing teams, particularly within a challenging environment.
• Strong background in pallet network operations.
• In-depth understanding of H&S and transport regulations.
• Process-driven, with the ability to effect positive change.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of providing business support as required.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
