Financial Analytics Manager

I am working with a Housing Association to recruit for their Financial Analytics Manager. You will be a key contributor in the way all finance services best support their residents; through financial performance and data insights across the organisation. Location: London On-site Requirements: 2 days a week Salary: £58,000-£64,000 Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of finance-focused data products that enhance user experience Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful, data-driven reports by gathering requirements Promote data literacy across the Finance function, supporting company-wide data initiatives and mentoring when required Partner with wider Data teams to drive new process improvements and analytics capabilities Analyse financial performance data to identify risks and suggest actionable insights and solutions- variance and trend analysis. Develop clear, accurate financial reports and analytics tools to support decision-making. Oversee and maintain large data sets using Excel and in-house systems to ensure consistency and accuracy. Manage and mentor a team member, fostering a learning-focused and growth-oriented environment. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Finance or Data Analytics and recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA etc) Proven analytical skills, with a track record of managing complex data projects and enhancing financial planning. Strong experience in data analytics tools and Excel, with Power BI expertise; D365 knowledge is a plus.
