Head Chef

Are you looking for a new Head Chef position in the heart of Oxford? Would you like to work for a privately owned hotel with a fantastic kitchen facility? As Head Chef you will: Take control of all functions of the kitchen and 4 members of staff Lead and manage the team Ensure the service and functions are completed efficiently Set staff rotas Ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene Management Train new staff Create seasonal menus Deal with stock control & orderingThe Head Chef will have : Previous experience as a Head Chef A La Carte Menu experience preferred Experience creating menu's Experience in leading a kitchen team / managing a kitchen Knowledge and qualifications in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Experience using fresh ingredients, creativity Planning and organisation skills Excellent communication skills at all levels Be proactiveYou must be able to work various shifts Vibe Recruit is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
