SEO Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings for key terms.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize content.
• Perform site audits to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and technical SEO issues are addressed.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content and web platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and ensure the team is educated on relevant updates.
• Manage on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including link-building campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign performance to measure the impact of SEO efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Lead, SEO Manager, or similar role with demonstrable success in organic growth.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data.
• Experience in creating and managing backlink strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
