Job Requirements / Description
Office Administrator - Warrington Our client really is at the top of their game when it comes to Commercial Real Estate. With an office full to bursting with industry awards, they have a lot to shout about. The business is headed up by experts who cut their teeth in the world of large practice before establishing their own company over 10 years ago. Their stellar reputation has enabled them to navigate challenging market conditions, such as Covid, to deliver consistent growth and an enviable culture that makes it a great place to work. They are now looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support the Office Manager keeping projects and people on track and deals moving forward. What you’ll be doing Day to day the role has several administration tasks that must be completed with a high degree of accuracy to ensure commercial agreements will pass robust industry audits. The process can be time-consuming but is critical in the chain and your attention to detail will prevent delays. In addition, you’ll be answering the phone and often the first point of contact for clients. Your role is to engage, establish their needs and forward to the relevant person. If they aren’t available, you’ll assist them with requests for information and track and monitor document returns. You’ll be updating new listings on the relevant software to maximize exposure, including external websites and internal social media platforms, primarily Linkedin. There will be copy and audio typing to complete and often deadlines to meet, so an organized approach and an instinctive ability to prioritise will stand you in good stead. This business suits someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuff done. The Directors will have numerous ad-hoc tasks and “can you just?” requests. If you enjoy a varied role this will tick that box. They will fully support you and mentor you into the position and are forward thinking in their approach. If you have ideas and can see ways to improve a process, they will listen. What do you need? The ideal candidate will be highly organized with exceptional communication skills. A stickler for detail with the gut instinct to spot anomalies and the confidence to correct them. You’ll need to be IT literate and competent on Microsoft Office products including Powerpoint and Excel. The role is office-based Monday to Friday as that’s where all the action is. There is the possibility of a 4-day week (pro rata) but you’ll need to flexible to cover holidays. Salary is circa £25k-£27k plus a discretionary bonus based on company performance and personal objectives. Based on the outskirts of South Warrington that horrible commute will be a thing of the past. If this sounds like your next challenge, you can apply via the link below and we will be in touch. Good Luck
