Head Of Legal – London – Part Time
Our client is a leading provider of financial solutions and credit facilities for their dynamic global SME clients.
They are scaling up fast and investing heavily and now seek an experienced general corporate commercial Lawyer to head up their growing legal function in their London office.
You will be their first Head of Legal and will work closely with senior management and external legal advisors. Your experience in ensuring the company’s operations, contracts, compliance, and risk management processes will strengthen their legal framework and strong governance principles.
You will be responsible for the contracts and compliance automation project, oversee client receivables purchase and security template agreements, monitor compliance and risk management strategies.
You will join a great inclusive team who are collaborative and energetic in their approach.
This role would suit you if you have had a break from the work place and wish to return Part Time. Their hybrid model will have you in the office about once a week.
