Are you an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a passion for technology and innovation?Green Orchard Recruitment is excited to be supporting our client, a leading business in Mid-Devon, to find a talented Project Manager to take ownership of their project portfolio. The role aligns to the IT and Technical departments, but as Project Manager you will be working with multi-disciplined teams across the Manufacturing division.About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and improvements across the business, particularly in IT and manufacturing-related projects. This is a new and pivotal role, offering you the opportunity to shape how projects are managed and delivered.What You’ll DoLead and manage the company’s project portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Work closely with internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets.Assign and monitor tasks to team members, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.Develop workflows, strategies, and KPIs to drive successful project outcomes.Report project updates to senior leadership and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.What We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering projects in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2/Agile) and experience in manufacturing/fulfilment environments.A hands-on approach, with the ability to get into the details and drive continuous improvement.Excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Why Join Our Client?Our client is not just a business; they are committed to driving innovation and fostering a collaborative work environment.
