Tyre Technician

Position: Tyre Fitter Location: Royston Salary: £28,000 with bonus structure Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (1-hour lunch break) Saturday: Alternate Saturday mornings, 08:00 to 13:00 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Overtime: Available Are you an experienced or semi-skilled Tyre Technician looking for a new role? Key Responsibilities: As a Tyre Fitter, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and safe. Your daily tasks will include: Tyre Replacement & Repairs: Fitting new tyres, repairing punctures, and ensuring wheel alignment. Vehicle Maintenance: Supporting general vehicle maintenance tasks, including servicing and minor repairs. MOT Assistance: Assisting in preparing vehicles for MOTs. Safety Compliance: Ensuring health and safety standards are met in the workshop. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any tyre-related queries. Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in tyre fitting or within a fast fit environment. Skills: Ability to perform tyre replacements and repairs efficiently. Driving Licence: A clean UK driving licence is essential. Team Player: Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team. What's In It For You?
