Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment to minimise downtime. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures. Keep detailed and accurate records of production activities. Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflows and drive continuous improvement. Train and mentor new team members on equipment usage, workflows, and safety standards. Prepare regular reports on production performance and improvements. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in training and mentoring production teams. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality management systems. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
