Handyperson/caretaker - swinton

PRS are seeking to recruit for an experienced School Handyperson/Caretaker based in Manchester, M27 postcode area. Ideally, you will have previous experience as School Caretaker and hold a valid Enhanced DBS (no more than 6 months old). This is an immediate start for approximately 2 months - pay rate £12.57ph Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 10am to 6pm. Key holder duties. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to manage the security of the building and to take a pro-active role in the maintenance and management of the school. The successful candidate will: Key Holders duties Undertake a variety of duties relating to the maintenance of the buildings and grounds Be responsible for, and promote, the health and safety of all staff, pupils and visitors Maintain the security of the premises.
