In this role, you will focus on providing technical support and expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and a passion for troubleshooting and solving complex technical challenges for our clients. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of cloud environments, while delivering exceptional service to our customers.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with clients to understand their technical needs, provide guidance on best practices, and deliver tailored support solutionsConduct regular health checks, audits, and assessments of client cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and securityTroubleshoot and resolve issues relating to deployed services on the Microsoft 365 and Azure platformManage and support enrolled end-user compute devicesMonitor and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAsAnalyse trends and metrics to identify potential risks or areas of improvement in cloud operationsMaintain detailed documentation for support processes, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practicesShare knowledge with teammates and contribute to internal knowledge bases to ensure continuous improvement and consistent service deliveryExperience3+ years of experience in supporting and managing Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, identity, and monitoring servicesProficiency in managing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for device enrolment, compliance, and security policy managementProven experience in incident management, support processes, and operational excellenceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong customer service orientation and experience in working directly with clients in a support or consulting capacity.Technical skills (Must)Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 platformStrong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint ManagerStrong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, such as the security policies and packaging of complex applicationsStrong knowledge of the Microsoft Security and Compliance feature setExperience of supporting end-user compute devices such as those running Windows and iOS in a managed environmentExperience of supporting Azure infrastructureExperience of supporting Azure applications hosted on Azure (PaaS, IaaS and SaaS)Experience of supporting containerised applications hosted on Azure such as Docker containers and / or Kubernetes solutionsCertifications (Desirable)Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform certificationWhat we offerAt Konsolute, we believe in creating an environment where our employees can thrive, both personally and professionally.
