Job Title: CPCS Traffic Marshall Location: Luton Pay Rate: £17 per hour (via umbrella) Working Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day Job Type: Long-term Start Date: Beginning of November Job Description: We are seeking a qualified CPCS Traffic Marshall for a long-term position based in Luton, starting at the beginning of November. This role requires a CPCS A73 Card and a Traffic Marshall Ticket. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a skilled traffic marshall looking for stable, long-term work in a busy construction environment. Key Responsibilities: * Safely direct vehicles, plant machinery, and equipment in and out of the construction site. * Ensure the safety of site workers and pedestrians by maintaining proper traffic control procedures. * Communicate clearly with drivers and on-site personnel to ensure the smooth flow of traffic. * Monitor and enforce adherence to on-site health and safety regulations. * Assist with general site duties when needed. Requirements: * CPCS A73 Card (valid and in date). * Traffic Marshall Ticket (valid and in date). * Proven experience working as a traffic marshall on construction sites. * Strong communication and organisational skills.
